Are tickets refundable or transferable?
No — all sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How do the seven tickets work?
Each realm is one day with its own ticket. Take only the days that call you — or collect all seven.
Where do I actually buy?
On each realm's page, through our ticketing partner. The realm page always carries the live price and availability.
Why are some realms still unrevealed?
Realms reveal one by one as the festival approaches. An unrevealed realm's day is already on the calendar, but its world — venue, lineup, setting — stays hidden until it reveals.
Do tickets earn points?
Yes — every ticket returns 25% of its day in points, and a friend you invited buying one earns you 25 too. Four nights — yours or theirs — add up to a free one.
I won a discount code — how do I use it?
Prize codes apply at checkout on the realm page of the night you picked. Your passport keeps every code you hold.
