By using this website, joining the waitlist, or taking part in the points game, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

7 Realms is a festival at which alcohol is served. You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event and to use this site. By using the site you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

The waitlist and points game

The waitlist, referral game, points, and leaderboard exist to reward engagement. They are offered for fun and are not a promise of any particular outcome. In particular:

• Points, ranks, and prizes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Points and prizes are personal to you and are not transferable.
• Prizes and perks are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
• We may adjust point balances, ranks, or the rules, and may disqualify accounts that abuse the game or use fraudulent, automated, or fake activity.

Tickets

Tickets to 7 Realms are sold and fulfilled by TicketFairy. Your ticket purchase is governed by TicketFairy's own terms and policies, and payment for tickets is handled on their platform. Merch purchases are processed through Stripe.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse the game or referral system. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials, such as your passport key and member code, secure.

No warranty

The site and game are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any prize, perk, or reveal will occur on any particular schedule.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Realms and its organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute relating to them or to the site will be subject to the competent courts of Mexico.
